REGISTRATION DATES

Registration for all leagues (except Mustang and Ponytail) is complete, although we are accepting late registrations on a space-available basis. A late fee will be charged. Many of our leagues have a few openings but the leagues will be closed when the last roster spots are filled. We accept players from outside of the South-Euclid Lyndhurst School District for a non-resident fee.

When a league is full we will take names for the waiting list in case a player drops out of the league.

The Major League (11-12 year old boys) is full unless we find a manager for an additional team. If you will manage a team please register before tryouts on March 24 and we can accept additional players in this league.

To arrange for late registration please contact:

Final Mustang league (15-18 boys baseball) and Ponytail league (15-18 girls slow pitch softball) will take place on Sunday, April 22, from 3:00 to 4:00 PM at Play it Again Sports.

REGISTRATION LOCATION

(The final Mustang and Ponytail registration on April 22 will take place at Play it Again Sports, located at 5455 Mayfield Road, in Lyndhurst.) 
 

LATE REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fee includes a family fee and a per-player fee.

The late registration family fee for residents of the South Euclid - Lyndhurst school district is $65.

The per-player fee is:

T-Ball: $30
Mighty Mite, Pixie, Pigtails, Ponytails: $35
All other leagues: $40

Mustang and U18 Fast Pitch players also pay a $10 jersey fee.

The late registration family fee for non-residents is $90. (Non-residents live outside of the South Euclid - Lyndhurst School District.)

(Registration on April 22 is for the Ponytail and Mustang leagues ONLY and has no late fee. The family fee for residents is $30 and for non-residents is $55)
 

SEASON SCHEDULE

Practice for most leagues starts in mid to late April.

Games for most leagues start in mid-May and end in July.

Fill out this application and PRESS THE "SUBMIT" BUTTON. After submitting, your registration form will be generated and displayed on your screen. (If you are given the choice of OPEN, SAVE, or CANCEL, choose OPEN).

The form will have four pages. The first three pages are identical copies of your registration form, and the fourth page is our Code of Conduct form.

Please PRINT ALL FOUR PAGES (single-sided). Sign all of the pages and bring them with you when you come to registration.
