REGISTRATION DATES
REGISTRATION LOCATION
Registration will take place at BLOOMFIELD HALL, which is located across the street from Lyndhurst City Hall, behind Lyndhurst Community Presbyterian Church (LCPC). The address is 5312 Mayfield Road, Lyndhurst, 44124. Enter via the driveway next to the old Sunoco gas station. MAP - BLOOMFIELD HALL The final registration on April 25, which is ONLY for the Ponytail and Mustang leagues, will be held at the Lyndhurst Community Center, located in Lyndhurst Park.
REGISTRATION FEES
The registration fee includes a family fee and a per-player fee.
The family fee for residents of the South Euclid - Lyndhurst school district is $40
The per-player fee is:
T-Ball: $20 Mighty Mite, Pixie, Pigtails, Ponytails: $25 All other leagues: $30
Mustang and U18 Fast Pitch players also pay a $10 jersey fee.
The family fee for non-residents is $65. (Non-residents live outside of the South Euclid - Lyndhurst School District.)
LATE REGISTRATION
Registration after March 16 is accepted on a space-available basis.
The late registration family fee is $75 for residents and $100 for non-residents.
(Registration on April 25 is for the Ponytail and Mustang leagues ONLY and has no late fee)
SEASON SCHEDULE
Practice for most leagues starts in mid to late April.
Games for most leagues start in mid-May and end in July.

For your convenience you can fill out the registration form (below), print it, and bring it with you when you attend registration at Bloomfield Hall.
Fill out this application and press submit. After submitting, your registration form will be generated and displayed on your screen. (If you are given the choice of OPEN, SAVE, or CANCEL, choose OPEN).
The form will have four pages. The first three pages are identical copies of your registration form, and the fourth page is our Code of Conduct form.
Please print all four pages (single-sided). Sign all of the pages and bring them with you when you come to registration.
